SERVICES

Bay Life Business Solutions provides photography services, visual branding services, consultations, and related creative services.

PRICING

Pricing is determined based on the scope of services requested, session duration, project requirements, location, and deliverables. Customized proposals may be provided upon request.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms may include deposits, milestone payments, or payment upon invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Certain projects may require a non-refundable retainer to reserve dates and services.

LATE PAYMENTS

Payments not received within thirty days of the invoice date may be subject to late fees or suspension of services until payment is received.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients may request cancellations in writing. Deposits and retainers may be non-refundable once services have been scheduled or preparation has begun.

REFUNDS

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Completed photography services, delivered digital products, and edited galleries are generally non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, images, content, logos, and materials remain the property of Bay Life Business Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bay Life Business Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of services or this website.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
